I work at Export Customer Relationship. I love my job mainly because I am in contact with many different departments such as Production, Salesforce, Logistic, or Finance. I also love the international dimension it offers thanks to the direct contact with clients all over the world. Each trip allow me to improve my knowledge of the company and of the customers too. Making Export activity in URSA is all about Adaptability and Rapidity. In export, everything is specific, which force us to be very conscientious and adaptable. This is quite an everyday challenge and this is what I like!

I started working at URSA as an intern in 2006 and joined the controlling team in Leipzig the following year. For several years now, I have been working hand in hand with the Business Unit General Manager. I often travel to other URSA locations and I work on many strategic sales management projects, together with my colleagues from different areas like Sales, Marketing and Controlling. That is a great experience! I enjoy the familiar atmosphere and the experience of working in a small team, constantly developing topics and finding solutions. It is exciting to see how our industry is growing. I do my contribution, always challenging, but very rewarding.

Since almost 10 years I have been at URSA, first as a customer service agent and now dealing with customer and product data, EDI flows and projects. My current position allows me to work and interact with different services and people located all around Europe. Being in or developing several projects makes you understand how different little things are linked and what the impacts are and learn about the constraints of each service. This makes my job much more interesting on several levels. Every day is a new challenge of solving small and also bigger issues, it is also a new learning of our ERP and of URSA in general and a way of expanding your URSA contacts.
